I’m a midlife mom to a teen girl and a rescue pup, a proud Southern California native, and a PR pro of 25+ years. My public relations journey started in the music industry in the 90s, and over the years I've held senior roles at consumer PR agencies on both coasts, helping clients from established consumer brands like Tide, Best Buy and Sanuk, to smaller service-based businesses like law firms, med spas and holistic health centers.

Almost four years ago, I left PR agency hustle culture to open my own PR consulting business. Helping small and solo businesses grow, particularly women-owned businesses, feels more aligned with where I am in this season of my life…particularly as I’m one myself!
